Other Projects

  • Barangaroo

Barangaroo is a major urban regeneration project, transforming the former stevedoring wharves on Sydney’s western harbour foreshore into a vibrant precinct with easy transport connections to the CBD. The first stages of Barangaroo are now complete and include a 7.5-hectare integrated commercial, retail and residential precinct.

This will be integrated into the broader Barangaroo development, which once complete, will include public spaces, a Sydney Metro Station and further residential, commercial, retail and hotel developments.

  • Glenfield to Leppington

The Glenfield to Leppington Rail Line (GLRL) is a 12-kilometre passenger rail line between Glenfield Junction and Leppington. The project included two new stations, commuter carparks, stabling yard, 14 bridges and an underpass under the Hume Highway.

  • Victoria Harbour Precinct

Victoria Harbour is one of Australia’s largest urban renewal projects, transforming Melbourne’s former docks and industrial areas into a liveable, vibrant mixed-use precinct. The project included significant public domain development and connected to Melbourne’s CBD at both Collins and Bourke Streets, creating links to the existing road networks as well as extending the tram line into the new precinct.

  • Westfield London

Westfield London was an ambitious urban regeneration project. Covering 45-acres of reclaimed land from a former railway yard in central London, the project transformed this area into an active community precinct.

A major retail development in its own right, the project also included significant transport development, including the redevelopment of an existing underground station, a new overland railway station, a new tube station and two new bus and transport interchange areas.

  • Sydney Metro

Sydney Metro is Australia’s biggest public transport project.

By 2030, Sydney will have a network of four metro lines, 46 stations and 113km of new metro rail.

Sydney Metro is revolutionising how Australia’s biggest city travels, connecting Sydney’s north west, west, south west and greater west to fast, reliable turn-up-and-go metro services with fully accessible stations.
